Something broke, a score looks wrong, or you just have a question? We'd genuinely like to hear it. The fastest way to reach us is email.

Frequently asked

How does scoring work?

When you throw your phone, DAEM reads your device's motion sensors to count full rotations in the air. Your best throw becomes your personal best, and during a live "spintime" your throws are ranked on a global board.

Do I need an account?

You can try throwing without one, but scored throws, leaderboards, and your saved history require signing in with Apple, Google, or email.

My personal best or score looks wrong.

Scores sync with our server, which is the source of truth for your account. If something still looks off after reopening the App, email us with your username and we'll take a look.

What are spins, and how do purchases work?

Spins are the in-app currency you use to take scored throws. You get free spins on a recurring basis, can earn more through referrals, and can buy more via the App Store. Purchases and any DAEM Pro subscription are handled by Apple.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select DAEM, and change or cancel it there. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. See our Terms of Use for full purchase terms.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and its associated data from within the App's settings. Prefer email? Write to privacy@daem-app.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it. Deletion removes your profile, scores, and personal data, subject to limited records we must keep for legal reasons (see the Privacy Policy).

I have a refund request.

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I want to advertise with DAEM.
